Active membership email list policy
Approved by the CC, 5/13/07

Any SF Green Party active member can be on the "active@sfgreens.org"
list; people who are not active members can not be on the list unless
a specific decision is made by the CC or GM to add them to the email
list.

The CC decided by consensus that any journalists on the list may
remain on the list, but that information on the list must remain
confidential and not be disclosed outside the party.  A committee is
being formed to draft specific policy language, which will be taken to
the GM for approval.
