Policy of SFGP for communication forums such as email discussion lists
and Facebook page
 
SFGP has a strong policy of mutual respect in its
communications.  Personal attacks degrading or insulting an individual
or individuals will not be allowed in order to have a safe space for
all kinds of people to make statements/opinions/general
remarks.  Anyone feeling personally attacked who cannot resolve it
should contact any County Council member.  If that member agrees a
personal attack has occurred he/she will contact the offender with a
reminder of this policy and a warning that should this same person
offend again, the Council will decide how long to block the offender.
